However, we do not tolerate yelling, abusive language, or unprofessional conduct toward our team. This policy is enforced to protect our hardworking staff, who are often on the receiving end of someone else's bad day. We all have tough days, but emotional immaturity and disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.
If a client engages in such conduct, we reserve the right to temporarily restrict phone access for 30 days. During this time, we will continue to support you via email or written communication.
